TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Online Store www.sprawcyprzyszlosci.pl (hereinafter: the “Store”), in particular the rules for placing orders, making payments, delivering products, withdrawal from the contract, submitting complaints, and the Seller’s liability.
The owner of the Store and the entity responsible for sales is:

hereinafter: the “Seller”.
The Seller offers:
Electronic Products (e-books, audiobooks),
Physical Goods, in particular paper books.
Placing an order means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
Electronic Product – digital content within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (e-book in EPUB, MOBI, PDF format or audiobook MP3/M4B), delivered to the Buyer via a download link sent by e-mail.
Goods – movable item (physical product), in particular a paper book shipped to the Buyer to the provided address.
Buyer/User – a person placing an order in the Store, regardless of whether they are a Consumer.
Consumer – a person meeting the definition under Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code and a natural person making a purchase related to business activity but not of a professional nature.
Cart – Store functionality allowing the collection of selected Products and Goods.
Payment System – electronic payment operator available in the Store.
Download Link – an individual link sent to the Buyer after payment is booked, enabling download of the Electronic Product.
§3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the following are required:
device with Internet access,
current web browser,
active e-mail address.
To use Electronic Products, appropriate software enabling opening of files is additionally required.
The Buyer bears the cost of Internet connection resulting from the agreement with their operator.
§4. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed without creating a User Account.
To place an order, the Buyer:
selects an Electronic Product and/or Goods (paper book),
adds selected items to the Cart,
for Electronic Products – provides an e-mail address for sending the download link,
for Goods – provides data necessary for shipment (name, surname, address),
chooses payment method,
accepts the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy,
for Electronic Products – consents to delivery of digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledges loss of withdrawal right,
clicks “Order and pay”.
Until clicking “Order and pay”, the Buyer may modify the order.
After placing the order, the Buyer receives an e-mail confirming order acceptance and contract conclusion.
For Electronic Products, after payment is booked, the Buyer receives a download link.
If the order includes both an Electronic Product and Goods, fulfillment may occur at different times.
§5. Payments
All prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
Payment is made exclusively electronically via the Payment System.
Failure to make payment within 72 hours results in automatic cancellation of the order.
§6. Delivery of Electronic Products
Electronic Products are delivered digitally via a download link sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
The link is sent automatically after payment is booked.
The link may be time-limited or quantity-limited – according to the Product description.
The Buyer should download and save the file on their own.
§7. Delivery of Goods (Paper Books)
Goods are shipped to the address indicated by the Buyer.
Delivery is carried out within Poland; international shipping requires individual arrangement.
Delivery costs are shown in the Cart during checkout.
Goods are shipped after payment is booked, unless the product description states otherwise (e.g., pre-order).
Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.
The Buyer is obliged to provide a correct delivery address; the Seller is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.
§8. License and Use of Electronic Products
Purchase of an Electronic Product means granting the Buyer a non-exclusive license to use the file solely for personal use.
The following is prohibited:
sharing files or links with third parties,
further resale, copying, or distribution,
removing watermarks and security protections.
Products may be secured with a watermark.
§9. Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Electronic Products
The Buyer loses the right of withdrawal if:
they consented to delivery of digital content before 14 days,
they were informed about losing the withdrawal right,
in accordance with Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act.
2. Physical Goods (Paper Books)
The Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer submits a statement via e-mail:

The Consumer returns the Goods to the address indicated by the Seller within 14 days from submitting the statement.
The Goods must not show signs of use exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Goods.
The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.
The Seller refunds payment within 14 days of receiving the Goods or proof of return.
§10. Complaints
1. Electronic Products
Complaints regarding a non-working file or link should be submitted to:

2. Physical Goods
The Seller is responsible for conformity of Goods with the contract for 2 years.
The complaint should include:
Buyer’s data,
order number,
description of defect,
photos (if possible).
The Seller will respond within 14 days.
§11. Personal Data
The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
Data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment, issuing accounting documents, handling complaints, and contact with the Buyer.
Detailed rules of data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
§12. Final Provisions
The Seller may change the Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, i.e., changes in law, changes in Store operation, or service development.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions are published on the Store website.
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
